Covid-19 came storming across the country and world and is still a serious problem that we face today. We are faced with and living through a global pandemic with no clear end in sight. All we can do is follow government and state authority and hope for the best.

The Coronavirus is something that is affecting everyone, in some sort of way, all over the world. According to the New York Times and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention there are 43.6 million+ cases globally and there are 8.6 million+ cases in the United States.

Today’s norm has been full of mask wearing and social distance guideline following. The CDC along with other local government and state authorities have been giving out safety information and guidelines through this already long journey. The Cook County Department of Public Health is one of the many sources that has helped promote safety precautions that have we have needed to follow. “Wear it, don’t spread it” is one of their messages that can be found through their social media.

Wearing a mask, watch your distance, and washing your hands are three of the most important ways we can follow to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. We all need to do our part in order to help prevent the further spread and damage to our country and our world.
